Laura Lee
As Vice President of Human Resources for The Mirage Casino-Hotel, Laura oversees the operation of the Human Resources division, including: employee relations, employee services/communications, training, compensation, benefits and employment/recruitment. Prior to assuming this position in February 2007, Laura was the Director of Human Resources for Circus Circus - Las Vegas and SLOTS A FUN (SAF), where she was responsible for Circus Circus/SAF’s human resources function as well as ensuring their smooth transition to MGM MIRAGE policies and programs post-merger.
Laura received her BS in Personnel Management from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
