Tom has over 10 years of experience in the field of staffing and recruiting with positions ranging from Director of Staffing Acquisition, Enterprise Sourcing Strategist and Candidate Experience Executive. He is currently with the Bank of America where he leads the enterprise candidate experience team, which is responsible for Employment Branding, Enterprise Associate Referral Program, and how talent relationships are managed with the bank.
In his 3 years with the bank he has been able to lead the organization through transformation from a transactional recruiting model to a relationship-centric model. In an organization of over 230,000 associates, Tom refreshed Bank of America’s career website in 2005 which is now regarded in the industry as one of the top 10 in the world.
He iImplemented a contact management system, created a global research function, and is partnering with Boston University on a groundbreaking social networking study which will redefine how organizations leverage their social networks and exchanges knowledge in an internal knowledge market.
