How to Segment Your Talent Pools, Build Team Consensus, and Drive Sourcing Program Success
Organizations with cutting-edge talent acquisition realize that by merely playing the existing talent game better through “process improvement” they will yield little more than incremental benefit. The real way to victory is to redefine the rules and change the game itself by implementing a strategic sourcing program. Sounds promising, right?
