Resourcing Recruiting Based on Brand Visibility

Should companies with not so well known brands resource recruiting differently than their well-branded competition? Learn from top leaders in talent acquisition at companies with less visible brands on how they compete for top talent and are able to win against their household name counterparts.

Join Andrew Gadomski as he moderates this presentation on resourcing, ROI, and the ‘non-brand’ reality between Steve Crumley from Xcel Energy ($11B in energy), Michele Porfilio from Crowe Horwath (top ten accounting firm), and Simone from DaVita ($6B in healthcare). Andrew will present overall findings from other leaders interviewed in 2011 first, share the best practice findings between Steve, Michele, and Simone and their organizations, and then open up for questions probing for more practical how to advice.
