As the Global Recruitment Operations Leader for CH2M HILL, Ryan is responsible for identifying and implementing strategic enhancements to the firm’s talent acquisition technology & marketing portfolio for the purpose of maximizing recruitment capabilities globally. In addition, he oversees the firm’s Social Media, Employment Branding, and Recruitment Advertising efforts as they relate to talent attraction and acquisition. Ryan is also responsible for CH2M HILL’s career portal with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience, industry leading search engine optimization and marketing (SEO/SEM), and overall alignment with corporate and employment brands.
Ryan has spent the past fifteen years building cutting-edge passive candidate research programs, successful employment brands, and winning talent acquisition strategies. He is focused on incorporating advanced technologies, social recruiting, and employment branding into the talent acquisition process to improve productivity, reduce expenses, and tap into hidden talent pools.
