Over the last six years, Michael has served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Freeman headquartered in Dallas, Texas with over 4500 employees across North America. Freeman is a privately held $1.6B global convention management company. Michael manages a team of four Regional Recruiters and one sourcer while leading the talent acquisition strategy. His focus is on developing his team to build effective talent networks, building long standing partnerships with his hiring managers, and bringing A-level talent to Freeman.
Michael has over 20 years of HR and Recruiting Leadership experience across a wide variety of industries including hospitality, software, business process outsourcing, health and fitness, and financial. He has a MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Dallas and a BA in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
