Matt Charney recently joined Talent Technology Corp., the industry leading provider of talent generation and recruiting solutions through its talent generation suite, Talemetry, as Director of Marketing, where he oversees all elements of Talent Technology’s lead generation and nurturing, digital and online marketing, social media, industry relations and thought leadership initiatives.

Matt spent two and a half years as Social Media Engagement Manager at Monster Worldwide, the parent company of Monster.com, where he managed B2B social media engagement, content and blogger relations. Matt began his career as a corporate recruiter, leading full cycle in-house recruiting and managing social recruiting and online employment branding at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group and the Walt Disney Company.

He was recently named by HRExaminer as the #2 Online Recruiting Influencer and among the top 20 Online HR Influencers, and is a sought after speaker and author focusing on the intersection of talent management and technology.
