Biography:

Leslie Mason has over 20 years recruiting and staffing experience. She is a Senior Recruiter with Intuit on the Candidate Generation team focusing on recruiting passive candidates for marketing and analytics roles. She holds a BA degree from the University of North Texas and is a seasoned staffing professional with extensive experience in both agency and corporate environments. This experience includes Project Management, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Retention and Account Management. Her specific areas of expertise are sourcing, social media, target recruiting, database mining and utilizing and leveraging the most current technology to maximize online recruiting efforts. Her experience includes recruiting in multiple industries with specific emphasis in Software, Information Technology, Telecom, Engineering, Finance/Accounting and Insurance. Within these industries, Leslie has recruited for all levels of positions.

Leslie has successfully developed and implemented end-to-end staffing and recruiting processes from job analysis through new hire orientation as well as managed multiple projects, directly supervising several recruiting teams for customers both on and off site. She is a social media enthusiast, long time blogger (www.lesliemason.blogspot.com) and an active member of several local recruiting organizations including the DFW Texas Recruiters Network. The DFWTRN elected Leslie as a finalist for Recruiter of the Year for 2005.
