A creative strategist and inspirational leader, Lauryn has recruited, trained and led high-performing creative and business teams for international research, media, and training companies in the U.S., U.K. and Europe in telecommunications, financial services, banking, energy, health and wellness, social media, education and the performing arts.
An engaging speaker, Lauryn is a frequent contributor at corporate and industry events where she shares her vision for creating sustainable organizations through engagement of key constituents. As Executive Director for ExecuNet, the leading professional development membership network for top executives, Lauryn addressed senior-level audiences hosted by ExecuNet, the Human Capital Institute, Kennedy Information, OnRec Recruitment, and major market chapter events sponsored by SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) and IACPR (International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment).
Prior to affiliating with Leadership IQ, Lauryn consistently drove new revenue growth and market share by innovating targeted industry thought leadership research, publications and events in the US (Washington D.C., Houston and Denver), UK (London), Scandinavia (Stavanger Norway) and across Europe for Phillips Publishing and Hart Energy International including the highly prestigious World Fuels Conference in Brussels. In addition to post-graduate finance and language studies, Lauryn holds an MA from The American University in Washington DC and a BA from Dickinson College.
