Jim has nearly 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR. The first half of his career focused on third party recruiting, including building a successful RPO business. For the last 10 years Jim has built best in class talent acquisition centers of excellence for global companies.

Currently he leads Global Talent Acquisition for BISSELL Homecare, Inc., a global floor care
leader head quartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In addition to his staffing leadership, he has taken on additional responsibility as the HR Business Partner for BISSELL’s Global Operations team and the European Sales organization.

Jim is recognized for building differentiated hiring process’s based on the quality of the candidate experience, and his love of metrics and technology.

In his (limited) free time, Jim is a working stand-up comedian and writer.
