About

Chad Oakley is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Charles Aris, Inc., an international, retained executive search firm founded in 1969. His many responsibilities include running the Strategy & Business Development practice for the firm, where he has personally led the placement of over 170 candidates at leading Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, Hershey Foods, Georgia Pacific, Mars, Inc., CVS Caremark, and Northern Trust, along with Private Equity firms such as Bain Capital and Charlesbank.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Chad served as a Consultant and Case Team Leader in the Boston practice of Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting firm. At Bain Chad focused on solving strategic challenges for clients in a number of industries including software, telecommunications, optical networking, manufacturing and financial services.

Prior to joining Bain, Chad received a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. During Business School Chad spent a summer at Nabisco as a Summer Associate for the Oreo Cookie portfolio.

Prior to business school Chad served as a Business Analyst in the Philadelphia practice of Deloitte Consulting where he focused on industries such as health care, pharmaceuticals and oil & gas.
