Paden, Recruiting Supervisor with The Zappos Family of Companies will share with you how Zappos has developed an entire company culture and hiring process based on the company’s 10 Core Values. You will learn how to create and stand by a set of Core Values, how to hire against those values, and how to provide a WOW candidate experience by incorporating your Brand throughout each step of the hiring process.

Brandis joined, Inc. in early 2005. She is currently the Recruiting Supervisor and heads up the Recruiting team. In this role, she and her team are tasked with finding amazing and talented people to add to Zappos’ unique culture. At Zappos, having the right skills and experience is only half the battle. Qualified candidates must also pass an extensive culture assessment. Prior to Zappos, Brandis received her Bachelors degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and interned for various HR departments.
